UX / UI Case Study

FutbolTalentPro

Mobile-first platform for sports scouting.

I designed the user experience and information architecture for the MVP of a mobile-first platform focused on sports scouting.

The challenge

Design a scalable MVP connecting three distinct user profiles (players, scouts, and clubs) while maintaining intuitive navigation and low cognitive load. The core technical objective was to ensure all design decisions were 100% viable for agile code implementation.

How I solved it

  1. 01

    Scalable information architecture

Instead of exposing all features at once, I structured progressive access flows. This differentiated basic access from advanced features through a clear visual hierarchy.

  2. 02

Progressive search to reduce cognitive load

I proposed a simple, intuitive default search (name, position, region), encapsulating complex options under 'Advanced Filters' for power users.

  3. 03

Gamification supported by a Design System

To prevent cluttering the screen with rankings and badges, I built an atomic design system from scratch (tokens, consistent iconography, light/dark). This kept the interface clean.

What was delivered

  • Key interface designs for 3 user profiles
  • Complete atomic Design System (tokens, components, light/dark)
  • Lo-fi wireframes and user flows (anonymized version)

Closing

I worked in parallel with the frontend developer, validating the technical feasibility of each screen. Operating under strict confidentiality rules required me to be extremely methodical: rigorously documenting the 'why' behind each UX decision and ensuring a seamless handoff.
